Various training options to get your team up to speed with the softwareAs your software partner, TOPS wants to make sure you get the most out of your software investment. Various software training options are available to MVP subscribers at no extra costs.
TOPS Software Maintenance and Support Plan (Maximum Value Plan) subscribers are eligible to receiving up to 8 man-hours of personalized software training each year. Open software webinars are now available which do not count towards your annual personal training quota.
The Maximum Value Plan (MVP) is included with all software subscriptions.
The followings training options are available:
Personalized Web Training **
On general or specific topics and for your team only! Schedule a training session using phone or computer audio and a screen sharing session via GoToMeeting or WebEx. There is no extra cost to MVP members. TOPS encourages online sessions to last no more than 2 hours and be scheduled at least 2 weeks ahead of time.

On-site Training at TOPS in Allen, Texas
On-site Training at your Location
A TOPS representative will travel to your company to conduct up to one day of software training. On-site training provides course content tailored to your companies’ specific needs and you will receive personalized attention to ensure a quick return on your investment.
* Your company is responsible for all travel and living expenses for our representative. Expenses will be billed at cost as incurred.
Open Webinars
TOPS offers monthly software webinars which are open to all MVP customers. Sessions include refresher courses on TOPS basic functions and advanced topics on packaging and pallet configuration. MaxLoad trainings on cargo loading and optimization usually take place every third week of the month.
