No need for every site to install or maintain separate instances of MaxLoad Pro- instead, sites just utilize the existing ERP / WMS / TMS system, meaning remote access for calculation is easy.

Optional client software is available for viewing data results in-browser, or performing more advanced optimizations.

How It Works

Black Box Server:

The backbone of the Web API Interface is the Black Box Server. We can host your server for you, or you can choose to host it yourself.

The MaxLoad Pro application and database will both reside on the Black Box Server.

ERP / WMS / TMS System:

Your ERP/WMS/TMS system is responsible for orders- these orders become Manifest Picklists for MaxLoad Pro to calculate.

Your distributors, suppliers, and vendors will have access to your ERP / WMS / TMS System.

The Web Service:

Instead of database tables and direct network connections, a web service serves as the interface for all data.

Users create orders in the ERP/WMS/TMS System. The ERP/WMS/TMS system sends the order to the MaxLoad Pro BlackBox Server via the web service. Once the data is calculated at the MaxLoad Pro BlackBox Server, the results are sent back to the ERP system (accessible to the user) via web service.

The interface can be as simple as sending only basic information (Manifest name, Truck type to be used, Loading Method to use, and SKU Names & Quantities) OR much more detailed- for example, you can include stacking rules, allowed SKU rotation, different stop-offs, instructions to create mixed pallets on-the-fly, and more.

Flexible to your company’s needs:

Perhaps a SKU Database doesn’t make sense for what you do- if your orders include new SKUs every time, with new dimensions every time, there is no need to maintain a SKU database. In that case, you can simply send the SKU Data at the same time as you send the order data. Problem solved!

Simplified output to complete essential tasks:

Get data out for the number of trucks used, linear feet used, total vehicle weight, any calculation errors, and a PDF report with an image of the load. Use this information to validate/upsell FTL shipments, or consolidate LTL shipments into efficient truckloads.
