By submitting this request, you agree that TOPS or its authorized international distributors may contact you by mail, email or telephone to provide information and discuss your interest in TOPS Pro and MaxLoad Pro products. TOPS never shares customer information with any other third parties.

The Recipient is granted a non-exclusive, limited right to use and to install a copy of the Software for internal evaluation purposes only. Recipient may only use the Products during the Trial Period and for the purpose of evaluating the Software to determine whether to purchase a license. Recipient may not, without the written approval of Company, use the Software in a Production environment.
